I started working out seriously in 2019. Back then, I was simply a girl who wanted to lose weight, but over time, I got hooked and turned into an amateur muscle builder (trying to maintain my body fat at 18-19% - not too bad, eh?). There were days when I would only eat apples and sweet potatoes because some random diet advive said it would be “healthy.” Until I realized that approach wasn’t at all sustainable. I felt the need to share my knowledge and struggles with every other woman (and man) out there who had just started fitness.

I believe fitness should fit seamlessly into a busy schedule, whether you're a student juggling classes, work, and social life, or a professional with limited free time…
